I recently saw in a clients office the motivational “Tip of the Iceberg” poster, portraying success as what the world can see, and everything that goes into it under the surface. I’ve likely seen this poster many times, but that day it hit me differently. In a world where most people see me as successful and steady, there is a flurry of activity behind the scenes. I was intrigued to create my own interpretation of this “Tip of the Iceberg” success poster, showing what it means to me, and I often wonder what success looks like behind the scenes for others.
